Abstract
⺠We used a data fusion approach to map above ground biomass with spaceborne data. ⺠We estimated forest biomass and LiDAR sampling error at a range of scales. ⺠Forest patches refined coarser level biomass reporting. ⺠Data fusion improved LiDAR-derived biomass and reduced sampling errors. ⺠Gridded biomass estimates met spaceborne biomass map accuracy requirements.
