Abstract
⺠We examine the spatiotemporal distribution of snow in eastern Tibet. ⺠We compare MODIS snow product and microwave snow depth dataset. ⺠The concept of FSCE is proposed based on two parameters of snow-free period Tm and ÎT. ⺠We analyze temperature and precipitation, statistics and trend test of Tm and ÎT. ⺠It illustrates snow distribution here is precipitation-driven at high elevations but temperature-driven in the low.
