Abstract
⺠Spatial extent and ecological importance of groundwater upwellings are quantified. ⺠Model identifies glacial floodplains (minimum 88% accuracy). ⺠Model then locates groundwater upwellings within floodplains (100% accuracy). ⺠Remote sensing provides an economically viable alternative to field reconnaissance.
