Abstract
⺠LTDR retrieved LST time series are flawed by NOAA's orbital drift effect. ⺠A correction of NOAA's orbital drift effect is presented for LTDR LST. ⺠Correction errors on simulated LST time series are in all cases below 0.9 K. ⺠The correction provides a better temporal homogeneity of LTDR LST time series. ⺠This research allows for a multitemporal analysis of LTDR LST time series.
