Abstract
⺠Chla algorithms for turbid coastal waters are tested for CDOM-dominated estuary. ⺠It is the first time to use satellite imagery to validate those algorithms. ⺠Result is interesting that the simplest band-ratio showed the best performance. ⺠The approach showed general applicability for other estuarine waters.
