Abstract
⺠Epidemiological analyses using aggregated data may be subject to bias. ⺠Spatial variation in exposures leads to specification bias using standard approaches. ⺠A convolution model can be used which is not subject to such bias. ⺠Significantly increased risks were associated with increases in particulate matter.
