Abstract
► Both microwave-assisted and classical heating methods were used for up-scaling the synthesis of MFI zeolite membranes. ► The microwave-assisted method is adapted for fast and high yield synthesis of S-1 nano-seeds. ► The classical secondary growth yields uniform and good quality MFI membranes. ► The protocol revealed high reproducibility on various industrial ceramic supports. ► Method is specifically adapted for assembled multicapillary supports with high surface/volume ratio.
