Abstract
⺠A unique sandwich-like sublayer structure is obtained with a dual-layer hollow fiber membrane. ⺠It provides minimal water transport resistance and sufficient mechanical strength. ⺠A double-repulsive membrane is formed by interfacial polymerization. ⺠Superior rejections are achieved for both of the positively and negatively charged dyes.
