Abstract
⺠A sediment-core multi-proxy study off S Brazil covering last 14 kyr was performed. ⺠Rock magnetic and element data reveal weathering conditions in the La Plata Basin. ⺠Grain-size and diatom counts indicate source and trajectory of sediments. ⺠Northward (southward) migration of the shelf front during the Mid (Late) Holocene ⺠First time considering paleoclimatic elements of SAMS/SWWB in closer conjunction.
