Abstract
⺠Stepwise post-glacial transgression is documented from modern Rhône Delta plain. ⺠We present a multiproxy analysis of two continuous cores, 40 to 50 m long. ⺠A complete record of swamp, estuarine and nearshore deposits forms the TST. ⺠Short-term (ca. millennial-scale) cycles are laterally tracked within the TST. ⺠High-resolution sequence stratigraphy is depicted for the first time onshore Rhône.
