Abstract
⺠Northeast Brazil experiences ITCZ displacement. ⺠ITCZ displacement represents a key location to study in Holocene. ⺠Between 3000 and 1050 calyrsBP, proxies showed lake level variations. ⺠From 1050 to 570 calyrsBP, proxies remained stable, due to stable conditions. ⺠Dryness event occurred since 570 calyrsBP, until the latest decades due to the LIA.
