Abstract
► Sporangia, spore masses, and an axis, from Gotland are described. ► The sporangia identified are containing well-preserved in situ cryptospores. ► The material comes from Silurian sections on Gotland (Baltica). ► Coprolites from arthropods containing spores are also described. ► The results are linked to early land plant life and animal-plant interactions.
