Abstract
⺠We examine a limnic-deltaic sequence deposited c. 11.3 Ma (Styria, Austria). ⺠The section covers a period of time of less than 45 kyr. ⺠Millennial to centennial changes of ecological parameters were observed. ⺠A detailed reconstruction of the palaeoenvironmental evolution is presented.
