Abstract
► Membrane pervaporation for removal of sulfur-components from jet fuel investigated. ► Feed temperature: positive effect on permeate flux, negative on separation factor. ► In the case of the permeate pressure, the trends were also antagonistic. ► Long-term experiments showed that pervaporation could be run for more than 500 h. ► Spectroscopic methods were applied to explain observed degradation phenomena.
