Abstract
► Enhanced double-skinned hollow fiber FO membranes with an inner selective layer were fabricated. ► A water flux of 12.9 LMH was obtained with 1.0 M Sucrose (26.7 bar osmotic pressure) as the draw solution at the shell side. ► The newly developed FO membranes showed promising performance for Sucrose concentration and wastewater reclamation.
