Abstract
⺠Effects of organochlorine exposure on thyroid function in children are uncertain. ⺠Total triiodothyronine was increased according to organochlorine pesticide levels. ⺠Pesticide exposure was not related to free thyroxine or thyroid-stimulating hormone. ⺠The clinical effects of total triiodothyronine elevation should be investigated.
