Abstract
⺠H2 permeation properties of a large variety of binary and ternary Pd-alloy is presented. ⺠Clear trends between permeability, activation energy and fcc lattice parameter are shown. ⺠H2 permeation of Pd-Cu is improved with up to 65% by alloying with small amounts of Ag, Ta, and Y. ⺠Seven of the prepared Pd-Cu-TM membranes show a larger H2 permeability compared to their Pd-Cu counterpart.
