Abstract
⺠BaFe1âxYxO3âδ material is prepared as oxygen permeable membrane. ⺠The electronegativity of doping element has strong impact on the oxidation state of B-site ions. ⺠Y-doping at B-site stabilizes successfully the cubic perovskite structure of BaFeO3 to room-temperature. ⺠Y-doping enhances remarkably the structural stability of BaFe1âxYxO3âδ. ⺠BaFe0.95Y0.05O3âδ shows good compromise between oxygen permeability and structural stability.
