Abstract
⺠High quality thin MOF-5 membranes synthesized by secondary growth method. ⺠The quality of large pore MOF membranes examined by a molecular probbing method. ⺠A diffusion-dominating mechanism identified for gas permeation in MOF-5 membranes. ⺠CO2 diffusivity for MOF-5 determiend to be in 10â9 m2/s with Ea = 14.8 kJ/mol.
