Abstract
⺠The free volume and permeability of PTMSP and silica-filled PTMSP membranes increases significant after scCO2-treatment. ⺠Combination of silica fillers and a subsequent scCO2-treatment still increases the membrane permeability, but to a lesser extent. ⺠The scCO2-treatment has a positive effect on the separation performance in ethanol/water mixtures.
