Abstract
⺠An amperometric enzyme-membrane electrode is theoretically modeled. ⺠Demonstrated the efficiency of the HPM for handling non-linear structures. ⺠The consumption of oxygen gives a current which is sensitive to the Thiele modulus. ⺠Our results are in good agreement with earlier reports. ⺠It is useful in sensor design, optimization and prediction of the electrode response.
