Abstract
► Polyoxomolybdates (POM) with hydrophilic pores were used as selective moieties. ► EVOH/POM nanocomposite membranes were produced and characterized. ► Higher POM contents enhances the water vapor transmission rate. ► The barrier properties of EVOH were preserved at high POM contents. ► The membranes can be used in chemical protective equipment with high comfort levels.
