Abstract
⺠Bergamot is a natural citrus fruit essentially used for the production of essential oil. ⺠The juice is considered a waste of the essential oil production. ⺠A membrane-based process was studied for the recovery of polyphenols from the juice. ⺠The aim was to develop a natural product suitable for nutraceutical applications. ⺠Membranes performance (productivity and composition of produced fractions) was also evaluated.
