Abstract
⺠We investigated membrane microfiltration enhancement using oscillatory motion. ⺠Existing filtration models failed to predict the flux. ⺠We modeled the flux using combined diffusive and quasi-steady state mechanisms. ⺠Comparison of the model predictions with the experimental data was satisfactory.
