Abstract
ⶠA novel method for fabrication of polymeric micro-filter, which is high yield and low cost. ⶠMicro-fabricated membranes are reusable and can be employed for different applications. ⶠMicro-fabricated membranes have unique properties, such as uniform pore size, high porosity and smooth surface. ⶠHigh sample throughput and high recovery rate are the main advantages of them.
