Abstract
⺠IMTA improve management promoting shellfish-finfish aquaculture to create balanced systems. ⺠We developed and applied a method to the assessment of IMTA modelling scenarios. ⺠GIS and dynamic models to assess suitability, production, environmental-economic impacts in IMTA scenarios. ⺠Method to assist decision-makers in the application of an ecosystem approach to aquaculture.
