Abstract
⺠Hydrological conditions in Berre drastically changed after rehabilitation efforts. ⺠Zooplankton community became more diverse with success of marine species. ⺠The structuring role of salinity decreased. ⺠Several allochtonous species were introduced. ⺠Proliferation of gelatinous zooplankton (M. leidyi) was observed.
