► Physicochemical properties values were found in higher values at high tides. ► All the nutrients (ammonia, nitrate, phosphate) were highest at low tide. ► Four principal components of PCA were extracted at low and high tides. ► Positive nutrients loadings in PCA output indicated from pollution sources.
