Abstract
⺠The first report about the whole life cycle data for PBDE toxicity in fish. ⺠Both molecular responses and the response of sex hormones upon exposure to DE-71. ⺠Both nominal and measured concentrations of PBDE in water were listed. ⺠DE-71 disrupted various hormones and receptors along the BPG axis of fish. ⺠The observed disruptions may occur at environmentally realistic level.
