Abstract
► The endocrine effects of BDE47 and related hydroxylated analogues (HO-PBDEs) were studied in vitro. ► BDE47 and its hydroxylated analogues all modulated ER-, TR- and AR-mediated responses. ► Some HO-BDEs were more potent than BDE47.
