Abstract

âº BFRs and POPs in finless porpoises (Neophocaena phocaenoides) were determined. âº Levels of PCBs, DDTs and CHLs were higher than those of HCHs, HCB, PBDEs and HBCDs. âº Concentrations of BFRs and POPs in males increased with body length. âº Higher PCB levels were found in liver trematode infected individuals. âº This could imply relationship between contaminant levels and parasitic infection.
