Abstract
⺠Karenia mikimotoi which is the representative of marine dinoflagellate was studied. ⺠This algal proteomics was investigated integrated with ecophysiological characteristics. ⺠The first exploration of its proteomic responses to environmental nitrate stress. ⺠Some interesting homolog proteins were discovered concerning proliferation and toxin. ⺠The proteomic mechanisms related to nitrate stress were hypothesized.
