Abstract
⺠Ostracodes, TOC and TN contents in a core from semi-enclosed sea were examined. ⺠Ostracodes changed at the late stage of Japanese post-war economic miracle. ⺠TOC and TN contents increased rapidly during the 1970s owing to eutrophication. ⺠Ostracodes are useful indicators of environmental deterioration in eastern Asia.
