Abstract
► We document the long-term coexistence of non-indigenous species in mussel farms. ► The studied species show partial habitat segregation across rafts and depth. ► We found massive self-recruitment negatively affecting the aquaculture facilities. ► The costs of facilitating exotic species are also borne by the natural environment.
