Abstract
⺠Epifluorescency effectively estimated small-size groups but its feasibility is limited. ⺠Similar results were obtained with HPLC-CHEMTAX approach and traditional microscopy. ⺠HPLC-CHEMTAX approach successfully identified phytoplankton-environment relationships. ⺠HPLC-CHEMTAX approach could be a suitable tool within large monitoring networks.
