Abstract
⺠Hg concentrations were analyzed as a function of size, season, and diet in four marine finfish. ⺠Mean Hg concentrations and bioaccumulation rates varied significantly among fish species. ⺠Prey burdens and predator foraging habits are discussed as factors influencing Hg accumulation. ⺠Species- and size-specific information may be used to inform decisions on which fish to consume.
