Abstract
⺠pH was the most important factor controlling HAA formation. ⺠HAA formation significantly decreased with increasing pH above 7.5. ⺠Formation of brominated HAA species were minimal above pH 7.5. ⺠HPO fractions exhibited the highest HAA yields among DOM fractions. ⺠HPI fractions showed the highest bromine incorporation among DOM fractions.
