Abstract
⺠Oxygen influence in two-step glycerol-based PHA producing process was studied. ⺠Biopolymer distribution during accumulation step is not altered by DO concentration. ⺠Oxygen limitation during the enrichment step favours growth and PG over PHA storage. ⺠Oxygen limited enrichments have lower PHA content than carbon limited enrichments.
