Abstract
► HPLC/HPSEC-FLD with multi-excitation/emission scan was used for DOM Analysis. ► Polarity and molecular size of fluorescent DOM were analyzed. ► Multi-peak fluorophores are prevalent in both natural and engineered systems. ► Excitation-Time-Map and Emission-Time-Map can provide informative fingerprints.
