Abstract
⺠Influence of electric field during ultrafiltration of CED wastewater was evaluated. ⺠Influence of electric field dependent on applied voltage and transmembrane pressure. ⺠Significant improvements in flux rates were identified at 60 V and 100 kPa. ⺠No improvements in permeate flux rates were obtained at TMPs of 200 and 300 kPa. ⺠Ceramic electro-ultrafiltration is a viable option in reclaiming CED wastewater.
