Abstract
⺠Strong barotropic flow in the interior part of AR7W suggests no level of no motion. ⺠Strong variability is observed in Labrador Sea boundary current transports, 22-57 Sv. ⺠Poleward EBC transport exceeds equatorward WBC transport in the upper ocean. ⺠Circulation is more vigorous and variable than suggested by earlier studies. ⺠Intensification of abyssal currents is observed in the central Labrador Sea.
