Abstract
The solubility of dextrin was inversely proportional to its molecular weight. Therefore, the dextrin was gradually precipitated in the descending order of molecular weight through gradually adding alcohol into the dextrin solution. Triangle represented alcohol; circles of different sizes represented dextrin of different sizes.
