Abstract
A new Ni/Ni3(BO3)2/NiO heterostructured photocatalyst was synthesized. Owing to the formation of the heterostructure, the photo-excited charge carriers are utilized efficiently for the redox reaction, resulting in an enhanced photocatalytic activity on reduction of CO2 with H2O into CH4.
