Abstract
Binderless NaX microsphere with a surface area of 931Â m2/g and quite high separation factor for CO2/N2 mixtures are prepared by chitosan-assisted hydrothermal synthesis. Their CO2 adsorption properties can be tuned by ion-exchanging with K+ or Ca2+.
