Abstract
⺠CO2 hydration catalyzed by HCA II enzyme in a laminar flow microreactor. ⺠Hydrodynamic-diffusion limitations do not allow reasonable use of immobilized HCA. ⺠Uncatalyzed bulk CO2 hydration is dominant in microreactor with immobilized HCA. ⺠Plug flow is achieved in laminar flow microreactor with solution-phase HCA enzyme. ⺠Uncatalyzed CO2 hydration process is not considerable with solution-phase HCA.
