Abstract
⺠A froth flotation unit operated in a continuous mode was applied for oily wastewater treatment. ⺠Maximum process performance was obtained at low interfacial tension with the use of a packed column. ⺠Under the optimum operating conditions, the highest cutting oil removal of about 98% was achieved.
