Abstract
⺠TiO2 was coated on oxidized MWCNT and used in fabrication of blend PES membrane. ⺠Coating of TiO2 on the surface of MWCNT improved hydrophilicity of the membranes. ⺠Pure water flux of the membranes increased with the content of TiO2 coated MWNTs. ⺠Mixing TiO2 coated MWCNT in PES matrix enhanced membrane antifouling properties. ⺠Antifouling improvement was due to photocatalytic activity of TiO2 coated MWCNT.
