Abstract
The present article deals with the approximation properties of the complex Phillips-Stancu operators. Here we study a Voronovskaja kind asymptotic formula with quantitative estimates for these operators attached to analytic functions and having growth of exponential order on compact disks. Also, we obtain the exact order of approximation.
