Abstract
												⺠The LID-BMPs planning analysis framework was proposed. ⺠The SWMM-BMPDSS coupling structure was built. ⺠Three scenarios were assumed and runoff volume and flow rate were generated. ⺠The optimization for minimizing cost and maximizing benefit were simulated.
