Abstract
⺠Cellulose acetate membranes were modified using ionic and non-ionic additives. ⺠Performance of the membranes was investigated in removal of nitrophenols. ⺠Nitrophenols are classified as one of the most harmful pesticides by EPA. ⺠Membranes presented different characteristics depending on the used additives. ⺠Performance of the membranes was depend on solute properties and solution condition.
